Tiffany Daniels Let’s talk

EXECUTIVE CONTINUITY & INTERIM COVER

Things change.
Work carries on.
You have support.

Experienced support through leave, absence or a gap in your team, helping keep priorities, communication and everyday responsibilities on track.

CONTINUITY WHEN IT MATTERS.
PERSONAL SUPPORT. PROFESSIONAL PEACE OF MIND.Explore the support

A STEADY HAND THROUGH CHANGE

A gap in the team.
Support around it.

A planned holiday, an unexpected absence or a longer recruitment process can leave important responsibilities without their usual support. The diary still needs managing and people still need answers.

I help maintain continuity by understanding what needs attention, keeping information moving and coordinating the work within an agreed scope.

KEEPING THE ESSENTIALS IN VIEW

Priorities protected.
Details followed through.

We’ll agree the responsibilities, contacts and escalation routes that matter most during the period of cover.

06

Handovers & continuity notes

Collate responsibilities, current actions and useful information for a clear introduction and a considered handback.

Handover packs · status notes · outstanding actions

A PERSON IN YOUR CORNER

A thoughtful handover.
A steadier transition.

I take time to understand the priorities, relationships and boundaries of the role I am supporting. Clear communication helps everyone know what is being handled and what needs their attention.

A little more about me

I don’t just provide administrative help.
I provide operational peace of mind.

ON YOUR TERMS

Cover shaped around
the situation.

Your needs set the shape of the support.
We’ll find a way of working that fits.

01 / PLANNED LEAVE

Prepare before the break.

Agree responsibilities and a handover ahead of scheduled leave, so the essentials are clear before cover begins.

02 / UNEXPECTED ABSENCE

Focus on what matters first.

Discuss immediate priorities, the information available and the support that can be arranged, subject to availability.

03 / RECRUITMENT & CHANGE

Bridge the gap.

Practical support during a vacancy or transition, with an organised handover when the longer-term arrangement is ready.

It starts with a conversation about your priorities.
Then a clear proposal and an introduction to the people, information and ways of working involved.

Find the right fit

A FEW THINGS YOU MAY BE WONDERING

Let’s make
things clearer.

Can you help at short notice?

Please get in touch with the dates and support needed. We can discuss availability, immediate priorities and whether a suitable arrangement can be put in place.

What happens if there is limited time for a handover?

We identify the essential responsibilities, key contacts, upcoming deadlines and access needed first. The scope of cover is agreed around the information and arrangements available.

Would you make decisions on our behalf?

We agree responsibilities and authority before work starts. Matters requiring a decision or approval are directed to the nominated person through the agreed escalation route.

How does the handback work?

Handover notes can bring together work completed, outstanding actions and relevant updates, helping the returning colleague or new team member pick things up.

LET’S TAKE THE PRESSURE OFF
